The island group, les Medes, is located about 1.5 km off the coast and is a protected marine reserve. Known for an incredible diversity of marine life, including barracudas, groupers, moray eels, and octopuses. In the protected marine reserve, there are certain regulations that must be followed, and the number of divers per buoy dive site is limited. Therefore, it is necessary to book well in advance; those wishing to book in July to September will likely find no diving spots available at the Medes Islands until the end of the year!
Visibility of up to 30 meters under ideal conditions – perfect for underwater photography. Diver level: Suitable for all experience levels, from beginners to technical divers.
Best time to dive: May to October, with pleasant water temperatures and optimal visibility.

Les Illes Hotel & Diving is a fully equipped dive center with equipment rental, a private changing room and showers, as well as a drying room for suits and shoes.
Two large dive boats are available daily for excursions, offering 4 trips each day. The dive center has extensive experience and is very well suited for groups of any size.
