24-hour guest service
Acacia Restaurant & Bar. Acacia Restaurant is located on the second floor overlooking the sea and offers a breathtaking 180° view of the sea and pool through glass windows. Savour local and international cuisine in an air-conditioned greenhouse or al fresco.
The restaurant is open from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm. At 22:00, the music is turned down to respect the guests going to rest. For those who don't want to wait until dinner, we offer an à la carte menu to complement our full board.
Last order is possible at 21:30. Room service is also available.
Babysitting service subject to availability. Advance booking required. Limited availability of highchairs.
Internet: We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
Laundry service is available daily for an additional charge.
Massages: We can organise a masseuse for you during your stay. Please note, however, that we must notify you at least 30 minutes in advance.
Swimming pool: The 100 m² swimming pool is the centrepiece of our resort overlooking the Mabini Sea. The Acacia Resort pool is from 0.91 metres to approximately 3 metres deep and is perfect for a relaxing dip and diving lessons.
TV entertainment: TVs are available in the guest rooms, the restaurant, the camera room and the training room.
Shared toilets and showers: There are four (4) communal showers and three (3) toilets behind the camera room. Additional toilets are located in the Dive Centre, next to the Acacia Restaurant and next to Guest Services.
Safety
We provide a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, emergency lighting and torch in each room. Security personnel are on site around the clock and the entire resort is under video surveillance.
The furniture and furnishings throughout our resort are comfortable, user-friendly and safe to use.
Guests not staying at the resort are welcome, but must register at our guardhouse and reception to be directly or indirectly accompanied/supervised on our resort premises.
Medical service: A doctor is available on call around the clock. In Batangas, about 60 minutes away, there is an international hospital with a decompression chamber. We have comprehensive first aid equipment on site. Our resort is connected to several clinics that offer round-the-clock medical assistance.
DIVING
A fully equipped dive centre caters to divers of all experience levels and aspiring divers. The dive centre and its staff offer the highest safety standards for which Solitude Liveaboards and Resorts is renowned.
Courses take place on site and in the surrounding calm, shallow and open water. Equipped with a brand new Bauer diaphragm compressor. The compressor room is specially designed for natural fresh air supply. The diving centre uses only high-quality high-pressure air purifiers to make every dive as safe and comfortable as possible. The diving centre also offers the option of using Enriched Air Nitrox.
Those who enjoy underwater photography can rest assured that their camera equipment is in good hands in a spacious camera room with 28 camera stations and a camera lounge for editing. All stations have international voltage-controlled sockets for charging batteries. Drying stations and large fresh water tubs for rinsing ensure ease of use.
We have our own training room for up to 12 participants. Each member of the dive team is trained in first aid and water rescue and can provide training and instruction at all PADI levels.
All Solitude dive boats are equipped with first aid kits and mobile phones.
For additional support, two (2) 40-litre oxygen tanks are available at the dive centre.
Batangas City, about 60 minutes away by car, has the nearest decompression chamber.
The dive centre is open daily from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, except for night dives.
Night or black water dives can be arranged at an additional cost. We maintain a 2:1 ratio of divers to guides to ensure each guest receives personalised attention, safety and an optimal diving experience.

- Maximum occupancy: 3 adults + 1 child (up to 10 years old at check-in) in adult bed.
- Room 502 has three single beds or one king-size bed and one single bed.
Airport transfer: Prior reservation is required. The Solitude Acacia offers its own transfer service for guests (through third party providers if necessary). We are happy to organise a transfer by car or minibus to and from the airport for an additional charge. Our resort is approximately 110-130 minutes drive from Manila International and Domestic Airport.
Check-in procedure: Official check-in is at 14:00. However, we will try to accommodate guests arriving earlier depending on availability (11:00am at the earliest) and room availability. If these are not available, guests will be directed to the Acacia Restaurant while waiting for their room.
In order to expedite check-in, all travel agents are requested to email a copy of the hotel service voucher at least five days prior to the guest's arrival at the resort and provide any instructions on the services required.
First time visitors are strongly encouraged to provide as much detail as possible to our reservations department when finalising their reservation.
Check-out Procedure: Our official check-out time is noon (12:00pm). Out of consideration for our next arriving guests who have booked the same room, we expect them to vacate the room on time. If requested in good time, we will endeavour to offer an extended check-out time of one to two hours, depending on room availability. Any extended stay until 17:00 is considered a full extra night at the room rate for walk-in guests.
Conference room: We have a conference room above the garden lounge with space for up to 20 people. Pre-booking is recommended for this complimentary room.
Credit card: We only accept Mastercard and Visa. We do not accept responsibility for any bank charges the credit card holder may incur in addition to the amount payable to the resort when using their credit card.
- Air temperature: Warm all year round with average temperatures between 26.5 °C in January/December and 29.0 °C in May.
- Water temperature: Stable temperatures between 27.0 °C in January/February and 29.5 °C in May/June, ideal for diving
- Rainfall: Drier months from January to April; wetter period from May to October, with the highest rainfall in August.
Anilao, Philippines - macro paradise in the Pacific
Anilao is located in the province of Batangas, about 2.5-3 hours south of Manila, on the main island of Luzon. It is one of the most accessible diving spots in the Philippines and also one of the most biodiverse stretches of coastline in the world. The region is quiet, green and less developed for tourism - ideal for nature and sea lovers.
Anilao is considered a mecca for macro divers and underwater photographers:
